To succeed in this Performance Marketing Manager role, you must have a winning mentality in contributing in a high impact way to the company’s goal of becoming the industry leader by empowering business decisions with digital marketing.
Job Responsibilities:

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email, social media

Measuring and reporting on the key performance indicators of all performance marketing campaigns for clients such as organic and paid media

Support and train the sales and operations team

Identify trends and insights make data-driven decisions, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Support regional account and campaign strategy development, ongoing results analysis optimization and guide the team on campaign optimization when necessary

Manage a team of campaign specialists

Account direction and management including setting client expectations, project plans, budget and forecast, and oversee quality and accuracy of deliverables

Research and pursue opportunities for client account growth (i.e. upsell & cross-sell)

Assistance with research and presentations for new business development as necessary

Embrace thought-leadership by staying up-to-date on industry news, technology trends and best practices

Any other ad hoc duties assigned when appropriate
Job Requirements:

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

4+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Required skills: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads,Instagram Ads,Waze Ads

Value added skills: Alibaba.com Keyword Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, SEO, Hubspot, TikTok Ads, Outbrain, Taboola

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate for clients

Self-starter who is capable to collaborate in a flat organization

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
