Job Responsibilities :
- To lead plan and monitor group of Online Media Strategies to achieve assigned group monthly and yearly target
- To plan, implements, forecast and formula effective sales & marketing strategies to ensure KPI are achieved
- Ensure the sales activities meet or exceed budgeted revenue for the overall convention centre, revenue performance
- To penetrate new market by sourcing and prospecting for new clients to create sales leads and business opportunities which will contribute to the organisation’s revenue and profitability objective
- To carry out sales activities in order to meet the assigned monthly sales and collection targets for multiple products/services by developing personal sales strategies and programs
- To provide sales training and coaching session to all OMS when necessary
- To analyst for overall clients satisfaction & expectation, service quality, campaign budgeting campaign performance, campaign ROI
- Liaise with sales, customer complaint, campaign management and production departments in resolving issuers and challenges on daily basis
- Periodic review on team progress, goal attainment and schedule performance to ensure consistency in delivering standard of excellence
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Degree holder with 5 years relevant experience in customer service industry, of which 2 in managerial capacity in managing a group of young professional
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively
- Aggressive, dynamic and result oriented team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform multi-task and accept challenges
- Strong people management and leadership skills across diverse culture
- Strong digital and social media knowledge and exposure
- Ability to work in fast pace changing environment
- Be self-motivates with a positive attitude and willing to learn
