Job Responsibilities:



• Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, devices, IT assets and software usage.
• Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network-related operating systems, applications / software / management tools.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and website builder platform problems.
• Record and track IT assets usage and upgrade when necessary.
• Manage client’s domain and email registration, renewal, transfer in or transfer out.
• Conduct website training for clients in person or virtually. 
• Provide technical support for custom  web development request
• Monitor and enhance company’s business processes. 
• Monitor and update client website subscription licenses.
• Generate report dashboard in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets.
• Assist in IT audit and device upgrade/ purchase process.
• Creating & maintaining staff account access.
• Maintain and update clients records in the system. 
• Prepare vendor payments on a monthly basis.
• Involve in the new product development process from ideation to launch.
• Involve in market analysis on competitor’s activity, pricing and new product launches.
• Support sales and marketing team with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
