Responsible in managing the Alibaba team to ensure meeting timeline and documentation is audit compliance.
Responsible in managing Document Control team to ensure meeting standard timeline set by follow up with relevant parties to update the status of Customers’ profile activation as well as compliance to audit requirements on all documentation and records.
Responsible to perform analysis and update to management on such findings.
Responsible to ensure tracking of customers’ portfolio to meet the deadline set.
Attend to complaints that may arise from time to time by cooperating with all relevant internal and external parties until issues are resolved.
Periodic review on teams’ progress, goal attainment and schedule performance to ensure consistency in delivery standards of excellence.
Able to work in a team environment and assist each other.
Responsible to keep track of the files status & whereabouts.

Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Customer training, which typically requires minimal travel
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin speaking is a MUST.
Preferably Fresh Graduates and Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
