PanPages Trinity42 Group Year In Review 2020: A Year Of Wild Ride

In 2020, it has been a true test of grit and resilience for everyone from different walks of life. Needless to say, the COVID-19 pandemic drastically altered the landscape of our livelihoods on a monumental global scale. People were on the verge of losing their jobs and businesses were shutting down their operations as a result of the astronomical impact caused by this deadly virus. 

Although it has been a rough patch to fix for many business entities out there, PanPages TRINITY along with our team of relentless comrades still managed to pull through in times of uncertainty. Thankfully, while SMEs were struggling to find a way out of this predicament, our team was still able to provide lasting assistance for them while standing firm with our mission, “enabling SMEs to better their best through our digital solutions”! 

Since our establishment, PanPages TRINITY has proudly been a provider of solutions for SMEs and business clients day in and day out. Our digital marketing expertise has tremendously helped our clients gain fruitful results by offering them services such as business website management, Google, YouTube, Waze and Facebook Ads ranking opportunities. 

Going Virtual In Light Of The Pandemic 

Seeing how the pandemic caught almost every business off-guard, we realised that a new strategy would have to be implemented in order to provide first-hand assistance for them. As a full-fledged digital marketing agency, we smoothly transitioned from the norm by executing a Work From Home plan so that other businesses in dire straits were not kept on hold. 

We then started our first webinar series called Survival is Profit while collaborating with Alibaba, Google and other industry experts from the month of April 2020. Through these series, SMEs were offered useful tips and techniques on how to start and further boost their digital business. 

Our Group CEO, Mr Christopher Ng supported by his well-groomed expertise also presented his knowledge in a few business group virtual workshops to help other business owners pivot through the new normal. With the media recognising our growing success, PanPages TRINITY was later invited by Sinar Harian Live TV as a guest speaker for a sharing session in November 2020.

We continued to strive for more accomplishments because of our undying determination to be the best at what we do! Sure enough, success was achieved once again on 4th December 2020 when PanPages TRINITY Vietnam successfully held its first ever-virtual workshop for all of our divisions. The workshop was organised to assist our audience and exporters from Vietnam by providing them with ways on how they can flourish their business effectively amidst the pandemic. 

Reaching Greater Heights All The Way 

Of course, our string of achievements did not just end there. For us, it was always about staying two steps ahead of our competition. Leveraging on this belief, we launched TRINITY42 in 2020 to provide more insights for SME businesses and help lead them towards becoming a more data-driven marketing strategist. 

Right after TRINITY42 opened its doors for wider business opportunities with existing and new clients, the company soon gained an office of its own too. And as a result of this, we were able to expand our group headcount by almost 20% to facilitate the increasing demand that was rapidly coming in from SMEs when the pandemic hit our shores. In addition to this, TRINITY42 was also listed among The 20 Best Advertising Agencies In Malaysia.

As a team of strivers, this is truly an achievement that will most definitely be penned in our illustrious book of success as we believe this will be an achievement worth touting about in years to come. Through our courageous effort in making this possible, today TRINITY42 has expanded its service offerings to accommodate the ever-growing market needs 

Expanding Our Horizons While We Grow 

TRINITY42 was formed with a core vision to help SMEs grow better through our digital solutions. In an effort to help businesses flourish better, we successfully gained partnership with MDEC TSP to offer government subsidies worth up to RM5000 for SMEs who wish to start their own online marketing business. 

While we looked at ways on how we could assist other businesses to grow, we gained a sustainable partnership with Alliance Bank and Vase.ai in 2020. This partnership was an initiative to better facilitate our resources and focus on our clients’ needs while they were looking for ways to grow their business further. 

To add on to our already impressive accolade, a total number of 5 key players within the group was also certified as a Google Digital Guru Black Belt. With such a credential to portray, they have single-handedly solidified themselves as true digital marketers with an instinct to be the best as an industry expert!
